All of our jewelry is handcrafted and custom-made. Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be made before it is shipped. Processing times may vary depending on the piece and current order volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

2. Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, estimated shipping times are as follows:

Domestic Shipping (India): 2-3 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll do our best to help.
