Each piece of jewelry at House of Noori is individually handcrafted and custom-made, making every item unique in its own way. Due to the personal and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

All Sales Are Final

Please note that all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

• Wear and tear

• Perceived color variation (due to lighting or screen differences)

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care to ensure your jewelry arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at houseofnoori.enq@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your item. Be sure to include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

We will review your case and, if eligible, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Because each piece is crafted uniquely for you, slight variations in color, shape, or texture are part of the charm and individuality of handmade jewelry. These are not considered defects, but rather marks of authenticity.
